Featured Presentation: Agility, Stability, and the Capable Organization

Agile executives and leaders in both the public and private sectors have been demanding a way to objectively evaluate and understand agile performance in their organizations, and have been yearning for a model for building agile capability across the enterprise.  Finally, there is a model to both evaluate agile performance and build agile capability; The Agile Performance Holarchy (APH), which draws from a broad range of Agile frameworks, is that model. The APH provides a fresh new approach to evaluating agile performance and building Agile capability through a series of interdependent performance circles and behavior holons, which exist and thrive within a collection of self-team.
