Alan Willett from the Software Engineering Institute is coming to the Boston SPIN to provide an in depth look at the Team Software Process SM.
Most software organizations have goals to deliver high quality software, on time, with their best possible productivity. Unfortunately, most software organizations also struggle with these goals. A common model for many software organizations is to deliver software products late and then "test quality in" after the fact. Organizations have every intention of improving but face many barriers to their improvement objectives.
Alan will demonstrate how the Team Software Process (TSP SM) has broken these barriers. The talk will showcase several software projects that have applied TSP and provide examples of how they have delivered very high quality software on time. For more information visit: http://www.sei.cmu.edu/tsp/
