Topic: What's Up RUP?
Speaker: Joe Krebs

Abstract

What's up RUP?

The Rational Unified Process (RUP) process framework had significantly changed in the past years. The content and process elements are now based on the Unified Method Architecture (UMA) and the RUP product comes with a new method authoring tool which allows process engineers and project managers to tailor the process to their individual needs. Additionally, the RUP content has changed and a new certification was released. This presentation will introduce the major changes and give participants the most important takeaways to talk the new RUP-lingo.
