Kanban at Scale -- Why it's Naturally Well-suited to Enterprise Adoption

The Kanban Method encourages adoption to new processes through incremental, evolutionary, continuous improvement. Organizations adopting other agile methodologies such as Scrum often find it difficult to overcome the significant disruption that typically accompanies those efforts.

Let's examine and discuss how the Kanban Method is particularly well suited to allowing organizations avoid this obstacle.
