Abstract

Agile at the Enterprise: Applying a Customer Value Driven approach to Ideas with an Enterprise Kanban

Teams have backlogs that helps them prioritize and manage work (epics, user stories, and tasks) at the team level. Within an Agile context, where and how do we prioritize and manage the work at the idea or theme level? Attend this session and experience the value-driven Enterprise Kanban or Idea Pipeline approach. As ideas flow into the company, experience how the idea gets captured, valued, and then flow into the pool of ideas and prioritized. Learn the importance of taking an incremental approach to an idea to validate its Customer value. This better ensures that the teams are working on the highest value and the organization is applying its people to the highest value work.
